Using Toolsyy
Toolsyy provides free, browser-based utilities. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use it.
No account, no charge
The tools are free to use for personal, educational, and commercial purposes. There is no signup, and we do not charge for access. We may show advertising to support the site.
Your content stays yours
Everything you put into a tool is processed in your browser and never sent to us, so we claim no rights over it. Files you create with these tools — certificates, merged PDFs, QR codes, compressed images — are yours to use as you wish.
Acceptable use
Please don't use Toolsyy to:
- create documents that impersonate a real person or organisation, or that misrepresent a credential someone has not earned;
- break the law in your jurisdiction, or infringe someone else's rights;
- attack, overload, or attempt to disrupt the site or its infrastructure.
The certificate generator in particular produces decorative documents. It is not a verification system, and a certificate it produces is not evidence that any qualification was awarded.
No warranty
The tools are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that output will be accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. Because processing happens entirely in your browser, results can vary with your device and browser version.
Keep your own copies of anything important. Nothing is stored on our side, so if you close the tab before saving, the result is gone and we cannot recover it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including lost data, lost profits, or consequences of relying on a tool's output.
Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any tool at any time without notice.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the "last updated" date above will change with them. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
