The short version
Every tool on Toolsyy runs entirely inside your own browser. The text you paste, the files you choose, the passwords you generate, and the documents you create are processed on your device and never transmitted to us. We do not have a server that receives them, and we could not read them if we wanted to.
Who runs this site
Toolsyy is operated by Saunak Sen, based in India, who is the data controller for the limited data described below.

What we don't collect
- We have no accounts, so we never collect names, emails, or passwords.
- We never receive the contents of anything you put into a tool — PDFs, images, JSON, text, or certificate details. These are handled locally and discarded when you close or reload the page.
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
What is stored on your device
We use your browser's localStorage to remember one thing: whether
you chose light or dark mode. It stays on your device, is readable only by
this site, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Cookies
We set no cookies of our own, and our analytics does not use cookies
either. The only cookies on this site come from Google's advertising
services — set by Google and its partners on domains such as
doubleclick.net and google.com, and used to serve
and measure ads.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The tools themselves work fine with cookies disabled.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to see which tools people use and how the site performs. We chose it specifically because it is cookieless: it sets no cookies, collects no personally identifiable information, and does not track you across other websites. Visitors are counted using an anonymised hash derived from the request, which is discarded within 24 hours, so we cannot identify you or follow you between visits.
It records only aggregate information such as which pages were viewed, referrer, country, and device type. It never receives anything you enter into a tool.
Advertising
This site is supported by ads served through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

Visitors in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland

Your choice is stored on your device and can be changed at any time by clearing cookies and site data for this site. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it the same way.
Visitors in US states with privacy laws
Some US states — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia — give residents rights over personal information. We do not collect personal information directly and we do not sell it for money. Advertising cookies may still count as "sharing" or "sale" for targeted advertising under some of these laws.
To opt out of personalised advertising, use Google Ads Settings or a browser-level signal such as Global Privacy Control, which we honour where it is transmitted. You can also contact us at privacy@toolsyy.dev.
Your rights
Because we do not collect personal information, there is generally nothing for us to export or delete on request. Our analytics holds no identifier that could be traced back to you. For data collected by Google through advertising cookies, use the Google controls linked above, or clear cookies and site data in your browser. If you believe we hold information about you, write to privacy@toolsyy.dev and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
Toolsyy is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will change with it.
